What you choose to share
The project enquiry form asks for your name, work email, service of interest, project description, and acknowledgement of this notice. You can also provide a company name, budget range in MYR, preferred timeline, and WhatsApp number.
Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential documents in your enquiry.
Why we use it
Your details are used to understand your project, assess whether we can help, respond to your enquiry, and discuss possible next steps. Providing a WhatsApp number allows a response about this enquiry through that channel. Enquiry details are not collected for newsletter subscriptions or marketing lists.
How submission works
When email delivery is enabled, the server validates your enquiry and sends it through Resend to the studio’s configured inbox. Resend accepting the email does not guarantee inbox delivery. The website reports success only after the email service confirms acceptance.
If delivery is unavailable, the form shows that state and the server does not send your details. The application does not save enquiries to a website database or log form content. Your browser keeps entered details on the current page so you can correct errors or retry; they are not stored in browser local storage.
Service providers and abuse prevention
The hosting provider processes network requests and may maintain operational logs. Resend processes the enquiry for email delivery, and the recipient’s email provider stores received messages. These providers may process information outside Malaysia.
When the form is enabled in production, an external Redis rate limiter temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from your IP address and a request count for up to ten minutes. The application does not send your raw IP address or enquiry content to that limiter. This limit helps prevent abuse; it is not an enquiry retention period.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may have its own operational requirements, which the owner should review before launch.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries received by email are handled in the studio’s mailbox. A mailbox retention period and deletion procedure have not yet been published. These arrangements need to be confirmed before online enquiries are enabled publicly.
You can request clarification, correction, or deletion of enquiry information by emailing khotib.bul@mamskie.dev. Any response will depend on the information held and applicable responsibilities.

Before public launch
The website owner should confirm hosting and email provider arrangements, mailbox access controls, retention policy, and any notices required for their actual operations. This notice should be updated when those details or the website’s handling change.
